Returns. We understand! Returns happen!

items eligible for a refund may be returned within seven days of delivery for a shop credit.

request for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit.

daily deals, pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items  are final price.

undergarments (bras, Shapeware, ETC ) accessories (jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hair accessories, etc.)bath and body, and food items are final sale.

Items must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn.
